for and about Fabulous Women of all ages.

Repeated on Thursdays at 8pm.




This programme is presented by Celia Jones with Trudi Austin or Jackie Mitchell or Helen Roome and will cover three areas, with guests to offer professional advice, or share their experiences for each one:

Kids - Pre/post natal, new mums, primary age, teenagers, students, empty nest
Work - Return to work, starting work, career progression, redundancy, retirement, starting a business, running a business
Life - Self improvement, health, fitness, money, travel, relationships, spirituality, elderly parents

21 Feb 2012 Kids Sarah Nevens is a personal life coach who has experience in helping parents with teenagers. She qualified as a professional Coach three years ago and is based in North Surrey/Middlesex. Sarah offers coaching in person at a location suitable to you or by telephone. She will offer some top tips for parents with teenagers.  
  Work Celia Andrews is founder of The Fast & Loose Theatre Company. A Graduate of the Guildford School of Acting, she runs her own School of Speech & Drams teaching voice, presentation, communication and performance skills, focussing on individual development. She will give tips on presenting yourself with confidence.  
  Life Sally Pemberton is a local bee keeper, and has been keeping bees for over 20 years. She also works with Twickenham Apiary where school visits are increasingly popular. Sally will offer some tips on how to set up your own bee hive and give details of some of the products she creates from her bees.
