The Classical Collection

A weekly programme of classical music covering many centuries and styles, and details of local concerts and classical performances across North Surrey.

Presented by Celia Jones, Jenny Sohl or  Janet Shell.

Celia's programme often includes a studio guest, a local musician or someone involved with classical music in North Surrey, who talks about their life/work, and selects three pieces of their favourite music.

Janet Shell, a local mezzo-soprano, presents the programme on the alternate Sundays of each month, with a variety of pieces and memories from her operatic career.

Jenny Sohl, who is a member of Woking Symphony Orchestra and the Ashford Baroque Ensemble, presents the programme on the alternate Sundays of each month, with her selection of classical favourites.
