This programme is presented by Celia Jones with Trudi Austin or Jackie Mitchell or Alison Florence and covers three areas, with guests to offer professional advice, or share their experiences for each one:

Kids - Pre/post natal, new mums, primary age, teenagers, students, empty nest
Work - Return to work, starting work, career progression, redundancy, retirement, starting a business, running a business
Life - Self improvement, health, fitness, money, travel, relationships, spirituality, elderly parents
