Steph presents her new Monday afternoon show with a super mix of music and conversation including Steph’s Monday Motivation to kick start the week with a simple health or wellness habit you can try, Steph’s Showbiz News with the latest celebrity news, Steph’s as Seen on Screen recommending the top tv and films to watch this week and Steph Say’s top tips of things to do from local eateries to unmissable events.
